We are renting out open-space offices of 267m2 net area in a modern, energy-efficient business building, with a panoramic wall and a view of the Kamnik Alps.

Each enclosed unit has its own meters for electricity, heating, and cooling. The building has low operating costs of approximately 3.5 €/m2 + VAT, providing all the amenities of a modern facility.

It is possible to rent 9 parking spaces at the following prices;
- 1 parking space next to the building is 71.5 €/month + VAT,
- 8 parking spaces in the garage are 89 €/month + VAT.

The offices are not furnished, but they have their own restrooms, a kitchenette, and a server room. They are mechanically ventilated (filtered and temperate air), air-conditioned, and three different providers have their own optical cable in the building. The offices can also be ventilated through windows.

The offices are available for occupancy within two to three months from the signing of the lease agreement.

Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:
- Lease period of 3 to 5 years with the possibility of extension,
- The security deposit amounts to: a minimum of two months' rent,
- The tenant must be a 100% taxpayer,
- The tenant assumes payment for part of the additional services, i.e., drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: conducting the handover of the property and drafting the record, assisting in the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of visual materials, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms of the real estate agency, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 4,139.3 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 5,050 EUR.
