We are renting comfortable office spaces in a building that can be referred to as a technology center based on the profile of existing tenants.

Near the building, there is public transport (LPP), and parking spaces are provided; currently, there are 10 reserved parking spaces (8 in the garage and 2 in the driveway) for the subject space. The building also houses a bistro that serves snacks.

Each enclosed unit has its own meters for electricity, heating, and cooling, ventilation with heat recovery, projected costs of approximately 3.5€/m2 + individual electricity (computers and lighting), and cleaning of its own premises.

Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:
-  Lease term from 3 to 5 years,
-  The security deposit amounts to 3 monthly rents,
-  The tenant must be a 100% tax liable entity,
-  The tenant assumes the payment of part of the additional services, i.e., the drafting of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the broker: conducting the handover of the property and drafting the protocol, participating in the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing visual materials, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms of business of the real estate agency, so the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 5,271 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 6,430.62 EUR
