The landlord's conditions for concluding the deal: 

• Lease period from 3 to 5 years with the possibility of extension,
• The amount of the security deposit is equal to three months' rent,
• The tenant must be 100% liable for VAT,
• The tenant pays part of the costs for drawing up the lease agreement, which includes the following procedures of the broker: handover of the property and drawing up the minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list from the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, i.e. the tenant pays €2,156.15 plus 22% VAT for the advertised rent, which amounts to €2,630.5.
