The offices are not furnished, but they have their own restrooms, a kitchenette, and a server room. The spaces are mechanically ventilated, but they can also be ventilated with windows. 

Available for occupancy approximately 2 to 3 months after the contract is signed.

The landlord's conditions for concluding the deal:
-  Minimum rental period of 3-5 years,
-  The amount of the deposit is equivalent to 3 months' rent,
-  The tenant must be a 100% taxpayer,
-  The tenant takes on the payment of part of the additional services, i.e. the drafting of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: conducting the handover of the property and drafting the minutes, assisting in the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing visual materials, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms of business of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 3,702 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 4,516.44 EUR.
