Each completed unit has its own meters for electricity, heating and cooling. The building has low operating costs of approximately €3/m2, while offering all the comforts of a modern building.

Additionally, it is possible to rent 6 parking spaces, the rent for parking spaces is:
- 3 parking spaces under the building's roof are €82/month/pm + VAT and
- 4 parking spaces in the garage are €89/month/pm + VAT.

The offices are not furnished, but they have their own toilets, a kitchenette, and a server room. The premises are forcedly ventilated, but can also be ventilated with windows.

The tenant is expected to vacate the premises in April 2026, but earlier arrangements could be made.

The landlord's condition for concluding the deal:
- We are looking for a long-term tenant,
- The security deposit is 3 months' rent,
- The tenant must be 100% taxable,
- The tenant assumes payment for part of the additional services, i.e. drawing up the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the broker: carrying out the handover of the property and drawing up the minutes, participating in the transcription of subscriptions, preparing and storing image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of EUR 3,702 plus 22% VAT, a total of EUR 4,516.44, based on the advertised rent and lease term.
