We are renting offices in a modernly designed and functional building, which has three underground levels with a total of 135 parking spaces + 17 parking spaces in the courtyard. The rental price for a parking space is 110€/month + VAT (with operating costs included).

Access to the floors is via three elevators, one of which is a fire elevator (operates even in the event of a fire), and through two staircases (allowing for floor division). The exact area would be calculated according to the agreement on the division. After the division, the space would still have its own sanitary facilities and a kitchenette.

The offices we offer are a complete unit and have their own sanitary facilities, a kitchenette, and are equipped with a telecommunications network and furniture. The basic layout of the space can be adjusted to the tenant, as most walls are dry construction.

In the basement, in addition to the parking spaces, archival spaces can be rented at a price of 7€/m2/month + VAT.

The entire business building is technically equipped with an UPS system + a 260kW backup generator, 3 different optical cables, and a high level of security measures. The building also has a reception on the ground floor.

All operating costs, except for the user's own telecommunications, amount to 6€/m2 + payment of the utility fee.

Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:
-  Minimum lease term is 36 months,
-  The amount of the security deposit is: 5,000 EUR,
-  The tenant bears the payment of part of the additional services, i.e., the drafting of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: carrying out the handover of the property and drafting the minutes, assisting in the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing visual materials, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 3,881.6 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 4,735.55 EUR.
