We rent offices in a modernly designed and functional building, which has three underground floors with a total of 135 parking spaces + 17 parking spaces in the courtyard. Available for rent 20 sqm per floor at a price of €110/sqm + VAT (including operating costs).

Floors are accessible by three elevators, one of which is a fire elevator (operates also in case of fire), and via two staircases, allowing division of the floor into two smaller units.
