We rent offices (a finished unit with private sanitary facilities and a server room) in a modernly designed and functional building, which has three underground floors with a total of 135 parking spaces + 17 parking spaces in the courtyard. The rent for a parking space is €110/month + VAT (including operating costs).

The floors are accessible by three elevators, one of which is a fire elevator (operational even in case of fire), and via two staircases (allows floor division). A kitchenette can also be installed in the space.

The offices we offer are a finished unit and have private sanitary facilities, a kitchenette, and are equipped with a telecommunications network and furniture. The basic layout of the space can be adapted to the tenant, as almost all walls are drywall.

In the basement, in addition to parking, archive rooms can be rented at a price of €7/m²/month + VAT.

The entire commercial building is technically equipped with a UPS system + a 260kW backup generator, 3 different optical cables, and a high level of security measures. The building also has a reception on the ground floor.

All operating costs except for the tenant's own telecommunications amount to €6/m² + payment of the local tax (NUSZ).

The seller's condition for the sale: The purchaser pays The Real Estate Transfer Tax, which amounts to 2 % of the sales price.
