The office is a single room, and next to the office there is a separate kitchen and WC.

The office is available from the first of October. The furniture is negotiable – purchase of existing furniture is also possible.

Landlord’s conditions for concluding the contract: 
-   Minimum lease period 25 months,
-   Security deposit amount: 1,000 EUR,
-   The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services, i.e. drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following agent actions: handover of the property and drafting the report, assistance with subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material, according to the price list stated in the general terms of the real estate company’s business, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 500 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 610 EUR, on the advertised rent and lease duration. VAT is charged only on the additional services, not on the rent!
