- The tenant assumes payment for part of the additional services, i.e., preparation of the lease contract, which includes the following agent services: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, according to the price list stated in the general terms of the real estate company’s business, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 11,900 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 14,518 EUR along with the advertised rent and lease duration.
