- The tenant assumes payment of part of additional services, i.e., preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following intermediary actions: handover of the property and drafting of the handover report, participation in the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, according to the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 11,900 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 14,518 EUR, based on the advertised rent and lease duration.
