- Tenant will pay part of additional services, i.e. preparation of the lease contract, which includes the following agent’s actions: handover of the property and preparation of the report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photo documentation, according to the price list stated in the general terms of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of EUR 23,800 plus 22% VAT, total EUR 29,036, included in the advertised rent and lease duration.
