We are renting a ground floor shop in the Rudnik retail shopping area. The space is located on the ground floor and has direct access from the parking lot.
 

Size:
The approximately 900 m2 large space is currently used as a shop and a smaller part as a convenient warehouse.

Rent and operating costs:
The rent together with the management and operating costs is €15,133/month + VAT and is adjusted monthly according to the price growth index, of which the operating costs amount to approximately €2.8/m2. In addition to these costs, the electricity cost is paid separately, which amounted to €1,006 in November 2022.

The seller's condition for the sale: The purchaser pays The Real Estate Transfer Tax, which amounts to 2 % of the sales price.
