We are renting out an entire house with a large, well-maintained yard for business purposes, such as office and other activities.We are renting a house for business purposes with the possibility of parking for 10 or more cars. The house is used for business purposes and has three levels: ground floor, first floor, and attic. The layout of the house and the possibility of access to the premises from various entrances allow us to divide it into individual levels;
Ground floor = 90 m2,
First floor = 90 m2 &
Attic = 85 m2
The house is currently occupied by a tenant and can be moved into in a short time. There is also the option to rent a smaller area.
Technical equipment of the house:
- air conditioning,
- technical security (alarm),
- computer network,
- equipped with a kitchen and dishwasher,
The house is well located, as it is only 50 m from the house bus stop and 1.8 km from the highway access, on the road between Ljubljana and Domžale. Users of the house mostly drive in the opposite direction of traffic peaks.
Condition of the landlord for concluding the deal:
- VAT is not charged on the rent,
- minimum rental period is 25 months,
- security deposit is 2 monthly rents,
- the tenant takes on the payment of part of the additional services, i.e., the drafting of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: carrying out the handover of the property and drafting the minutes, assisting in the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of visual materials, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 2,500 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 3,050 EUR, VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
