Landlord’s conditions for concluding the contract:

- Minimum lease term of 25 months,
- Security deposit amount: 2,000 EUR,
- The tenant agrees to pay part of the additional services, i.e., drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: execution of the property handover and drafting the minutes, assistance with subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 1,4250 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 1,525 EUR with the advertised rent and lease duration.
