International cooperation: visit of US students to Stoja Trade

As part of a study tour, we were visited by American students studying for a career in real estate. Their wish was to learn more about the functioning of the real estate market in Slovenia and to find out more about the work of real estate agents and current projects in our area.

We were very happy to welcome them to our agency and introduced them to two of our projects - Devana Park II and Niz8. The meeting was very lively and interactive - the students had a lot of questions and actively exchanged opinions on various topics, including energy efficiency of buildings, specifics of the Slovenian real estate market, the way of negotiating with investors, as well as the differences between the American and the European approach to real estate development.

Our staff were happy to share their experiences and insights from practice, and the students showed great professional curiosity and openness to new knowledge. The event was not only an opportunity for international networking and knowledge exchange, but also an important step towards raising the profile of Slovenia as an interesting real estate destination in the eyes of foreign professionals and students.
