• outside: smaller storage, the landlord is willing to build a carport for 2 cars with additional storage for a long-term tenant.

Considering the construction type, triple-glazed windows, underfloor heating with heat pump, external shading – electrically controlled, we can expect that the house will have significantly lower operating costs compared to similar houses.

Landlord’s conditions for concluding the lease:
- Minimum lease term of 25 months,
- Security deposit equal to 2 (two) months’ rent,
- Pets are not allowed,
- Business activities are not permitted,
- The tenant agrees to pay part of the additional services, i.e., preparation of the lease contract, which includes the following agent actions: conducting the property handover and drawing up the record, assistance with utility subscriptions transfer, preparation and storage of photographic material, according to the price list stated in the general terms of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of EUR 2,950 plus 22% VAT, totaling EUR 3,599 at the advertised rent and lease duration. VAT is not charged on the monthly rent payment.
