- The tenant agrees to pay for part of the additional services, i.e., drafting the lease contract, which includes the following agent’s actions: performing the handover of the property and drafting the minutes, assistance with subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of EUR 2,800 plus 22% VAT, totaling EUR 3,416, together with the advertised rent and lease duration.
