- The tenant assumes payment for part of the additional services, i.e., drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following agent actions: execution of the property handover and preparation of the minutes, cooperation in transferring subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms of the real estate company’s business, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 3,200 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 3,904 EUR  VAT is not charged only on the brokerage fee and NOT on the rent!
