- The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services, i.e., drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following agent’s actions: handover of the property and drafting the handover report, assistance with subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms of the real estate company’s business, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 3,200 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 3,904 EUR, in addition to the advertised rent and lease duration.
