The house has 4 mezzanines, namely:
- Raised Ground Floor: Entrance hall, toilet, kitchen niche, dining room, large living room with high ceiling and exit to the terrace,
- 1st Floor: master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom,
- 2nd Mezzanine: bathroom and 2 children's rooms,
- Basement: study or guest room, bathroom, garage for 2 cars, and large storage room.

The house is heated with a gas boiler, underfloor heating, has double-glazed windows, blinds, 3 air conditioning units, external window shading, and a large awning covering the entire terrace.

Furnishing & Move-in:
The house is partially furnished (kitchen, bathrooms, and, if desired by the tenant, also the pantry) but a fully furnished house can also be arranged.

The house is available for move-in at the end of August.

Landlord’s conditions for concluding the contract:
-   Minimum rental period of 36 months,
-   Security deposit amount: 4,800 EUR,
-  The tenant assumes payment of part of additional services, i.e., preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following agent’s actions: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material, according to the price list stated in the general terms of business of the real estate company, so that the tenant, based on the advertised rent and rental duration, pays a one-time amount for additional services of 2,400 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 2,928 EUR. VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
