- The tenant assumes payment for part of the additional services, i.e., preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following broker actions: conducting the handover of the property and drafting the record, cooperation in transferring subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms of the real estate company’s operations, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 1,900 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 2,318 EUR  VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
