Landlord’s conditions for concluding the contract:

-  Security deposit amounting to two months’ rent,

- The tenant agrees to pay part of the additional services, i.e., drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following intermediary actions: execution of handover of the property and preparation of minutes, cooperation in the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, according to the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of EUR 3,100 plus 22% VAT, totaling EUR 3,782, based on the advertised rent and rental duration.
