The house is rented partially furnished. It is available from August 2025, viewings are possible from July 5th onwards. 

Landlord's conditions for concluding the contract:
-  Minimum lease term of 36 months,
-  Security deposit amount: 5,000 EUR,
-  Suitable for a larger family,
-  The tenant assumes payment of some additional services, i.e., the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: conducting the handover of the property and drafting the report, assisting with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of visual materials, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 4,000 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 4,880 EUR VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
