Croatian contemporary artist Stjepan Šandrk visits Stoja Art Gallery
Stoja Art Gallery was recently visited by the renowned Croatian contemporary artist Stjepan Šandrk, who stands out in the art world for his unique approach, where he combines classical painting techniques with a sharp social reflection. The visit represents an important cultural enrichment of our gallery activities and opens the space for further cooperation with the wider artistic space of the region.

Šandrk is an artist who thoughtfully situates his work at the intersection between traditional painterly mastery and critical reflection on contemporary social phenomena. His works are based on a deep reflection on today's visual culture, where images are no longer just a reflection of reality, but become active building blocks, transformers and often obscurers of the contemporary world.
During his visit, the artist also expressed his enthusiasm for our gallery:
