Landlord's conditions for concluding the contract:

- Minimum rental period of 12 months,

- Security deposit amount: 2.100 EUR,

- Looking for tenant (a couple or one person),

- The tenant assumes payment for part of the additional services, i.e., the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of a handover report, assistance with subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 1,050.00 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 1,281.00 EUR in addition to the advertised rent and rental duration.
