All apartments have underfloor heating, triple-glazed windows (for complete silence), forced ventilation with cooled and heated air, etc.

The apartment will be available for occupancy at the beginning of 2025.

Landlord's conditions for concluding the deal:
- Minimum rental period of 36 months,
- Security deposit: 8,000 EUR,
- The tenant accepts part of the additional services with the payment, which includes the preparation of the rental agreement, covering the following actions of the broker: conducting the handover of the property and drafting the record, assisting with the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing visual materials, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms of business of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays the advertised rent and rental duration a one-time amount for additional services of 3,750 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 4,575 EUR VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
