Slovenia currently does not have such a resort, which would have sufficient intimacy and an incredible view with such luxury.
In addition to the buildable plot of land with a total size of 7,731 m2, also 7,592 m2 of non-buildable land is available to the north of this plot, which is currently forest land. At the moment, this land could be used for park areas, but the construction line in the north of this part runs above the upper boundary of the land, which means that this part will also probably be built on someday.
