Access to the warehouse is provided via loading ramps and a freight elevator, so the warehouse is more suitable for those users who do not have a large fluctuation of goods.

The landlord's condition for concluding the deal:
- Minimum lease term 36 months,
- Security deposit equal to two monthly rents,
- The tenant must be 100% taxable,
- The tenant assumes part of the additional services, i.e. drawing up a lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the broker: carrying out the handover of the property and drawing up the minutes, participating in the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing image material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of EUR 9,000 plus 22% VAT, a total of EUR 10,980, based on the advertised rent and lease term.
