We are renting a large apartment in a bourgeois block right in the city center.Apartment for rent in the city center next to the Ljubljana Drama Theatre.

The apartment is fully furnished and has:

• a separate kitchen with a smaller dining area,
• a living room with a large dining table and a sofa set,
• 2 large bedrooms + 1 study,
• 2 bathrooms and a smaller storage room inside the apartment, and
• a 10 m2 large storage room in the basement.
  
  The owner recently renovated the electrical installations, the parquet floor is very well preserved, the kitchen is new, and the rest of the furniture is from the same period as the building. 

There is also a common bicycle storage in the building, but no elevator.

The apartment is available for occupancy in October 2025.

Landlord’s conditions for concluding the contract:
- Minimum rental period 25 months,
- Security deposit amount: 3,000 EUR,
- The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services, i.e. preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material, according to the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 1,850 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 2,257 EUR, VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
