The landlord's condition for concluding the contract: The tenant agrees to pay for part of the additional services, i.e., the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handing over the property and preparing the report, assisting with the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 390 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 476 EUR, based on the advertised rent and the agreed rental period of 25 months.

The seller's condition for the sale: The purchaser pays The Real Estate Transfer Tax, which amounts to 2 % of the sales price.
