One parking space in the yard. Suitable only for a couple without children or an individual. Gas heating. Pets are not allowed. Available immediately.

The lessor's condition for the conclusion of the lease: the lessee pays a part of additional services of drafting the rental contract, which includes the following actions by the broker: handover of the real estate, participation in the transfer of subscriptions, the preparation and storage of pictorial material in line with the price list in the agency’s general terms - under the advertised rent and predicted duration of lease of 25 months, the lessee pays a one-off amount of EUR 800 plus 22 % VAT, totalling to EUR 976.

Lessor's condition for concluding a deal:
- Minimum rental period 25 months,
- The lessee accepts part of the additional services in payment, i.e. drawing up the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the real estate and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays the advertised rent and duration of the lease one-off amount for additional services EUR 800 plus 22% VAT, total EUR 976.

VAT is charged only on additional services, not on rent!
