There is a bicycle storage area in the secured courtyard of the building.

The building has access control and intercom.

Operating costs.
All operating costs combined, except for telecommunications (internet and phone), amount to 4€/m2/month and are fixed.

Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:
-   Minimum rental period is 36 months,
-   The amount of the security deposit is: 1,500 EUR,
-   The tenant assumes the payment for part of the additional services, i.e., the preparation of the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: execution of the handover of the property and preparation of the minutes, assistance in the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of visual materials, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms of business of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 635 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 774.7 EUR.
